The Origin of the Name “Yutoha”

"Yu"(hot water) and "Ha"(meaning leaves, but in this context, it specifically refers to tea leaves.)
Our name embodies the connection of these two important elements with the “to” (and) in between. Additionally, it reflects our wish to connect many important thoughts from people such as our customers, “ Tsumiko” (the tea pickers), the local community, and the producers, among others.

Our desire to “be close to people’s ever-changing hearts and bodies” also expresses the profound charm of tea, where flavors and aromas change with the temperature of the water and the amount of tea leaves.

We strive to bring many people wonderful encounters with tea.
