Shipping will be from Kyoto, and the shipping fee will vary depending on the distance to the delivery destination.
If the order includes products requiring refrigerated shipping, an additional ¥200 will be added to the listed amount.

- S size box: Total of 3 sides within 60cm / up to 2kg

Tracking Shipping Status and Number
After your order is shipped, we will send you a "Shipment Completion Email" which includes the tracking number for your shipment. Please be sure to check and keep this email as you will need it when contacting the delivery company directly.

Delivery Notes
- You can specify a delivery date starting from 5 days after the order date.
- If no delivery date is specified, we will dispatch the order at the earliest possible date from the order acceptance date.
- For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands, we may not be able to accommodate specified delivery dates.
- Even if a delivery date is specified, please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or transportation issues.
